The aim of this platform is to improve communication between doctors and patients by reducing administrative burdens and providing more convenient access to medical information. It will be especially useful for doctors seeking more efficient ways to manage data and for patients - enabling faster and clearer communication with medical professionals.

The digital platform is designed to enhance communication between doctors and patients by ensuring fast, secure, and convenient information exchange. It is intended as a modern alternative to existing administrative solutions, reducing paperwork and accelerating the treatment process. Special emphasis is placed on creating a user-friendly environment for both patients and medical staff, making healthcare more efficient and accessible.

“This platform is a step toward the future of healthcare - digital, easily accessible, and human-centered,” says Oskars Stankevičs, Chairman of the Board at Medicare SIA. “Our vision is to improve the patient experience while easing the everyday workload of doctors, allowing them to focus more on what truly matters - the person.”

The platform's technical and economic feasibility study is planned in the coming months, and the first paying customers will be able to access the solution within 12–18 months after development is completed. In the future, the platform’s functionality is expected to expand and be introduced beyond Latvia, starting with the Baltic and Nordic regions.

This project is yet another example of how impactful and socially valuable innovations are being created in Latvia by combining the strengths of the business, academic, and public sectors.
