hereinafter referred to as Medicare, is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients. Medicare has developed
Privacy Policy principles that apply to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and storage of clients’ personal data.
Medicare operates online in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia and relevant European Union legislation.

Personal data refers to any information provided by an individual to Medicare in order to request a service,
conclude a contract, fulfill the terms of a contract, or to provide or receive information.

2. Protection of Client Personal Data

Medicare takes all possible security measures (including administrative, technical, and physical) to protect
the personal data of individuals. Data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the laws and
regulations of the Republic of Latvia and under the procedures specified therein.

All client personal data obtained by Medicare during the use of its website is considered confidential.

To protect the client’s interests, Medicare ensures:

processing of personal data only for the stated purposes and to the necessary extent;

a method of data storage that allows client identification at any relevant moment,
without exceeding the time period intended for the original purpose of processing;

accurate personal data processing, with timely updates, corrections, or deletion if
the data is incomplete or inaccurate, or if the individual has requested deletion in accordance with the procedure.

Clients have the right to reasonably request that their personal data be supplemented or corrected,
and to request that data processing be terminated or data deleted if it is outdated, incomplete, false,
unlawfully processed, or no longer relevant to the original purpose of processing.

4. Privacy Policy Terms and Amendments

Medicare assumes that by visiting the Medicare website, the client has read and accepted the principles and
terms of the Privacy Policy. Medicare reserves the right to make amendments to the Privacy Policy.
The current version of the Privacy Policy is always available.
