hereinafter referred to as Medicare, is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients. Medicare has developed
Privacy Policy principles that apply to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and storage of clients’ personal data.
Medicare operates online in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia and relevant European Union legislation.

All client personal data obtained by Medicare during the use of its website is considered confidential.
To protect the client’s interests, Medicare ensures:

unlawfully processed, or no longer relevant to the original purpose of processing.
4. Privacy Policy Terms and Amendments
Medicare assumes that by visiting the Medicare website, the client has read and accepted the principles and
terms of the Privacy Policy. Medicare reserves the right to make amendments to the Privacy Policy.
