Rental service conditions
The Lessor Medicare SIA, registration No. 40203520364, legal address: Klīveru iela 1-67, Rīga, LV-1048, hereinafter referred to as Medicare, and the Lessee agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Equipment Rental:
1. The Lessor hands over to the Lessee, and the Lessee accepts for use, the equipment owned by the Lessor, hereinafter referred to as the Item.
2. The Item description, rental fee, and the term for which the Item is provided are specified in the invoice, hereinafter referred to as the Invoice.
3. The Invoice and the Rental Agreement are sent to the email address provided by the Lessee.
4. By paying the Invoice, the Lessee agrees to the terms of the agreement.
5. The minimum rental period for the Item is 30 (thirty) calendar days. A prepayment Invoice is issued for the rental service.
6. The prepayment is non-refundable if the Item is returned before the end of the rental term.
7. The Lessee must notify the Lessor of the intent to return the Item no later than 5 (five) working days before the rental period ends.
8. If no notice of return is received, a new Invoice will be sent to the Lessee's email address.
9. The place and time for the receipt, return, and delivery of the Item are agreed upon by both parties.
10. The Lessor provides the Item to the Lessee clean and in good technical condition, which the Lessee confirms upon receipt.
11. The Lessee agrees to pay the rental fee in accordance with the Invoice issued by the Lessor.
12. The Lessee agrees to treat the Item with care, use it properly and responsibly, and return it clean and undamaged.
13. In case of damage, theft, or loss of the Item, the Lessee must immediately notify the Lessor.
14. The Lessee is prohibited from repairing, modifying, or damaging the Item themselves.
15. The Lessee is financially responsible for the Item, including accidental damage and/or loss.
16. If the Lessee fails to return the Item within the agreed term, they must pay the Lessor the original value of the Item.
17. Delivery of the Item to the Lessee’s specified address and return to the Lessor is an additional paid service.
18. Delivery and return costs are calculated individually with the Lessee.
19. All disputes, disagreements, or claims arising from the agreement shall be resolved through negotiation.
20. In special cases, a security deposit equal to one month's rental fee may be required.
21. By entering the necessary information and placing an order, the Lessee confirms that they are informed and agree that their data will be used for the Lessor to process the order and arrange the delivery of the Items in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By providing their information, the Lessee agrees to receive notifications related to their order at the provided email address.
